As well as benefiting from our vast property management experience you will also have access to our full consultancy and advice service. You will receive two property inspections a year and we will compile a detailed management report so that you can monitor the condition of your property.

Please see our dedicated inventory page for the details of our charges. If you wish to proceed please contact us to book an appointment. Once we have surveyed your property we will then ask you to pay online in order to receive your fully completed report.

Consultancy
Consultancy
packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Once you have
purchased one of these packages we will
send you a unique reference number that you will need for all
correspondence. We will also send you a copy of our
Landlord Manual if you purchase our consultancy
Platinum package.

Lettings Review fees are a one off payment
and include 12 months subscription to our Consultancy Gold
Package. Once you have purchased this package we will
